I had the pleasure of touring Oregon Wild Harvest vitamins and supplements yesterday. What a beautiful experience. Incredible supplements passionately and lovingly grown by a family owned company in Central Oregon. So excited to see this company grow and flourish, healing people with certified organic herbs grown and processed in our backyard.

Europe is incredibly beautiful. It’s hard to put into words the lovely scenery, the friendly people, the great food and of course the fabulous cappuccino’s. The pictures, although beautiful do not capture the memories ❤️experiencing this trip with family makes it even better. Especially being there with 4 month old Lottie, seeing her flourish, smile and laugh in foreign countries is something I will never forget.
