    •    Inventory: 142 homes on the market
    •    Median days on market: 70 days
    •    32% of listings have had a price reduction
    •    Market Action Index: 29 — Slight Buyer’s Advantage

Demand is low relative to inventory, prices have been trending down, and sellers are negotiating. That’s a combination buyers haven’t seen in Sisters for a long time.
