A time to assess their wins and losses and a time for adjustment. The youngest of 6, she and her brothers were born in The Bronx, New York. Her parents and older siblings were born and raised in Puerto Rico. Her mother, who dropped out of school at a young age and barely spoke any English, always stressed the importance of education and making something of oneself. One of Susana’s proudest moments of her life was when her mother received her GED later in life. Her mother taught her that it was never to late to fulfill one’s dreams. Susana, a single mother of four and a grandma to one, has worked as a receptionist, purchasing administrative assistant, Popular Club Plan salesperson, Norwex salesperson, Herbalife salesperson, administrative assistant, church secretary, virtual assistant, notary, notary signing agent, and customer support supervisor. No stranger to working hard, her experiences have shaped her into the woman that she is today. She learned the importance of communication, listening, persistence, problem-solving, and determination.
