Good news on the horizon for Pennsylvania drivers: a bill to modernize titling at PennDOT is moving through the legislature.
House Bill 2810 would direct PennDOT to build a fully electronic titling system: electronic submission of title and registration documents, digitized forms, e-signatures, and real-time access to motor vehicle records. The House Transportation Committee endorsed it in early October 2026, and it's still moving through the process, so nothing has changed yet.
Until then, here's what that means for you:
✅ Titling still runs on paper and in-person processing
✅ Our office remains a one-stop shop for title transfers, registrations, and renewals
✅ Skip the DMV line and get it done right the first time
Modernization is coming, but the paperwork still has to be right today. That's where we come in. As a PennDOT Authorized Full Agent, we handle vehicle title transfers and registrations right here in our Slatington office.
