A hard freeze is expected, and temperatures may be cold enough and last long enough to cause pipes to freeze or burst if not protected.

To help prevent issues, please take a few simple steps when temperatures drop:
• Drip water from faucets
• Insulate exposed pipes if accessible

For everyone’s safety, we will not be able to respond to emergency maintenance calls until roads are safe to travel.

Please also prepare for the cold by having basic emergency supplies on hand, just in case of extreme weather conditions or power interruptions.
