Woke up this morning to so many messages about real estate! Which made me decide I’m going to post deals for you guys all the time!

In todays post I want you guys with bad credit to know I have a lender who can literally tel you how to fix your credit. If your credit is severely bad I also have someone I can refer you to to tell you how to fix it! Don’t let credit be in your way to buy! Also it’s really hard to lease with bad credit

A lot of people don’t even know they have good credit! Anything 580 or above can be approved for FHA anything 620 or above can get approved for rual development loan!

I’ve been doing real estate for 3-4 years now! And have closed some deals that were nightmares! But guess what? We ALWAYS closed! I made it happen! You want a realtor that’s going to make your deal happen and get you the best deal? I’m your girl! I always make it happen! Work with me and I can work with you!

I want to see all my timeline with homeowners! Help me stop renters from taking advantage of us any longer with their outrageous rent prices! Also to even rent right now you have to have at least a 600 credit score most the time! Which is enough to buy!!!!! Stop paying someone else’s mortgage and pay your own💕💕💕
