I am so incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to work for Jasmine and Stephan as first time homebuyers. They were very transparent yet open-minded in what they wanted in a home that would check off all of their boxes. After many showings, I could see we were not finding the "prefect" home. We took a new avenue and discussed building. This is when I saw "that" gleam in their eyes. There was no turning back! To be a part of this chapter in their lives is a gift.
