Why give away your equity for no reason?

If you are considering selling your home let me give you a quick example of how using 1% Lists Realty can help you.

Suppose your home sells for $300k. Other brokerages are going to charge upwards of 6% to cover both the sellers agent and buyers agent commission at roughly 3% each compared to 1% lists we only charge 1% for listing agent, and 2.5% for buyers agent. What that would look like is this:

$300k x 6% = $18,000 total commission

$300k minus $18,000 (commissions) =
$282,000 leftover.

Compared to listing with us:

$300k x 3.5% = $10,500 total commission

$300k minus $10,500 (commissions) =
$289,500 in your pocket.

That’s a difference of $7,500 you could keep in your pocket for whatever you choose.

Which would you rather pay? $10,500 or $18k?
