As construction progresses on The Apex, you'll notice a crane has temporarily become part of our skyline. While it's presence is hard to miss, it's only a brief part of the journey as this development takes shape. 🏗️

We are incredibly excited to officially announce our newest development project: The Apex.

Located in the heart of Downtown Slinger, The Apex is a transformative 41 unit mixed-use development featuring 9 townhome style residences, 32 luxury apartment homes, and commercial retail space on the ground level. Designed to bring modern living and vibrant local businesses together.

The Apex will serve as a catalyst for the continued revitalization of Downtown Slinger, creating new opportunities for residents, businesses, and visitors while enhancing the character and energy of our downtown district.

Projects of this scale don't happen without an incredible team of partners, supporters, and community leaders who share a vision for the future. We are deeply grateful for everyone who has helped bring this project to life and believed in what Downtown Slinger can become.

Starting this coming Wednesday, June 3rd, is the kick off to this seasons' "Music in the Park" at Community Park. This year starts off with a bang – Slinger favorites, "Doobs & the Undecided," which always brings in a large crowd!

An extra highlight, which is new this year, is a backup arrangement for rain dates – "The Slinger House" has graciously offered to move the event into their banquet hall if the weather doesn’t cooperate as it should!

As for this Wednesday, the weather is supposed to be perfect and the concession stand will be open. Hope to see you all there!

Our Seventh Hill Estates page is now ELEV/8 Property Management!

This isn’t just a name change for us, it reflects how much we’ve grown and where we’re headed. Our focus from the start has been creating high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes with a strong commitment to service and care for our residents. ELEV/8 brings all of that under one name as we continue to build and expand.

We’re really proud of what we’ve created so far, and even more excited for what’s coming next. There’s something new and very special taking shape that we can’t wait to share with you soon!
