Jimmy and I want to thank the village of people that showed up and showed out for the zoning meeting last night, all the ones that sent letters or that made phone calls (there were ALOT), expressing your opposition for the zone change to an industrial in our neighborhood and county. Our and Lake Jericho attorney nailed it. We highly recommend him. We are still preparing as he can appeal. But our VOICES were heard and we will again if we have to. Thanks again everyone.

Maybe they can work on getting grocery stores, restaurants and other things that are much needed in the county!

ATTENTION: Smithfield, Pendleton, Jericho, and Henry County residence. Pay close attention to the 2023-13Z and more specifically the bottling facility. Ask yourself what he’s gonna be bottling? This is the first step of something a lot bigger that we don’t need another one of in Henry County. We do need growth in the county but in its proper place!
