CLOSED 🤍
Some closings are about much more than real estate.
This one was especially meaningful to me because of the circumstances surrounding it. A dear friend of my grandmother sadly passed away, and her friend was helping handle the sale of her condo during an already incredibly difficult time.
I was so grateful to be trusted to step in and help make the process as smooth, simple, and stress-free as possible.
And today, we officially closed. 🤍
Not only did we get the condo sold, but we were fortunate enough to secure $37,000 over asking price for the property.
For me, the biggest win wasn’t just the number—it was being able to take something off someone’s plate during a difficult chapter and make the process one less thing for them to worry about.
I’m incredibly grateful for the trust, the opportunity, and the people who allow me to do what I love every day.
Another closing. Another story. And another reminder that real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes. 🏡🤍
