Things we refuse to do as a real estate agents:
We refuse to pressure clients into making decisions they’re not comfortable with. Buying or selling a home is too important to rush, and our job is to guide you — not push you.
We refuse to tell clients only what they want to hear. Honest advice, realistic expectations, and clear communication matter more than making a quick sale.
We refuse to disappear once a deal is under contract. The communication, problem solving, and support after an accepted offer are just as important as getting there.
And most importantly, we refuse to treat this like “just another transaction.” Every client, every family, and every move matters.
