Officially CLOSED! 🥳 Please join me on congratulating my buyers on their purchase of this CUTE home in Brush Creek!

If you know me, you know I’m a sucker for “classic” old houses, so getting to help my buyers’ purchase this 1920s home was SO much fun! From showings, to hanging out for inspection, to final walk though… I had the best time discovering all it had to offer. “Good bones” really are a thing, y’all. With a little elbow grease and some updating, this house is going to return to its former glory, and will probably outlast all of us! The large, flat yard is just an added bonus that I’m sure they’ll make the best of. 🏡 🌞

When I say the Spring market is in full swing, I really mean it…

Since Spring officially started on Friday, I’ve shown over ten properties in four counties with three different clients. And I know I wasn’t alone! 🌞

Last closing of the year! 🥳

On Friday we closed on this peaceful 3 acre parcel on Puckett Point Rd. Big congratulations to both my seller and the new owner! Both ladies, along with Dekalb Title LLC, were all great to work with and helped me make this process a breeze.

I’m proud of this one, y’all. My seller on this one lives out of state, and has been trying to sell this land on and off for FIFTEEN YEARS! 👀 A family member had always listed it previously, with no results. Her goal was to get it sold by the spring, and I’m happy to say we exceeded that expectation! We were under contract after just one day on the market, and even received backup offers.
Now, my seller no longer has to worry about paying property taxes on land she’d never use, and my buyer has the perfect place to build her dream retirement home on when she’s ready! 👏🏻

Another one closed!! 🌳 🚤

With just about two weeks from offer date to the closing table, this was a quick one!
I’d like to thank the buyer’s agent, Fernando Martinez, and the title companies for helping us get this wrapped up quickly and efficiently. Dekalb Title helped my seller through a smooth remote closing, which was really appreciated.
Most of all I’m thankful for another client who trusted me to guide them through the sale of their land. It means a lot to me every single time.
