Meet our newest member, Britney!

Britney is the new Operations Manager and Escrow Officer here at Royal Title and Escrow.

Britney moved to Nashville from Carbondale, Illinois when she was only 5 and considers herself a real native. She has loved getting to explore the real estate and business industry here. One of her favorite aspects about real estate and title field the wide community it has created in the Middle Tennessee area. She enjoys increasing her knowledge daily and helping clients cross the finish line as seamlessly and well informed as possible.

Meet Our Attorneys: Benton Smith

Benton was born and raised in Knoxville, TN. In 2006, he moved to Nashville to attend Lipscomb University where he graduated in 2010, with a Degree in Political Science.

After graduating, Benton joined the Inaugural Class of Belmont University School of Law. After law school, he worked as a Bill Clerk for the Tennessee State Legislature. About that same time, he decided to help launch a new title company.

After years of working for and with several partners, Benton decided to launch Pillar Title & Escrow in Nashville and Knoxville, with a new partner and close friend, W. Dillon Woods. And now, both Benton and Dillon, launched and operate, Royal Title & Escrow.

Benton brings more than 8 years of experience in the title industry.

We were so honored this past weekend to donate (together with Your Price Goodies & Events) three superhero cakes for the Annual Candlelight Wishes Birthday Party, hosted by the HOSA Program at Stewart’s Creek High School.
