Attending my buyer’s new construction orientation walkthrough 🏡☺️

Today’s meeting gives the builder an opportunity to explain how all of the home’s appliances and systems work, while also creating a punch list of any items that need to be addressed before closing.

We’ll complete our final walkthrough on closing day for one last look before signing the closing documents and officially receiving the keys 🔑 🙌🏽

This one was a journey! We went under contract twice on this land. The first deal fell through due to no proof of funds, but we didn’t miss a beat 💪🏽
