🗣🗣🗣A home warranty is ESSENTIAL when purchasing a home! Have you ever heard someone say or have you said yourself “I’d rather rent because I can call my landlord when something goes wrong but when you own, everything is on you”? That’s because the majority of people don’t know a home warranty exists or what it entails!
👌🏾A home warranty typically has a monthly payment of anywhere from $50-$100 and if you ever use it, you pay a service fee usually on average around $75-$100 BUT they fix things like appliances, HVAC heating, and air systems, plumbing ETC
