🏡💜 JUST CLOSED — 289 Raleigh Drive, Clarksville! 💜🏡
After a full YEAR on the market, multiple contracts, plenty of twists and turns, and more than our fair share of hurdles… I can FINALLY say 289 Raleigh Drive is CLOSED! 🎉🔑🏡
Every real estate transaction has its own story, but this one definitely gave us a few extra chapters! 😂 There were questions, phone calls, contracts that didn’t make it to the finish line, frustrating moments, unexpected challenges, and definitely a few “you have GOT to be kidding me” moments along the way.
But we kept going. 💪💜
A HUGE shoutout to Georgia Evans, my amazing Broker, for being there through all of it! Whether I needed an answer, a second opinion, someone to talk through options with, or just someone who completely understood the frustration of the moment, Georgia was always there. Having a Broker who genuinely supports her agents and jumps in when things get complicated makes such a difference. 💜
And Thursday, all that persistence finally paid off!
