A really special buyer closed on her home this summer and I could not be more excited for her!

We actually started our search together in February (possibly late January).

We ended up terminating our first contract due to some pretty serious issues found in the inspection that the seller was not willing to repair.

We decided to restructure her entire loan within days of closing.

But I'm saying this to say: It all worked out!

Sometimes we are so quick to give up on the things that we want in life because we are tired of the obstacles or the challenges that are placed in front of us. But when we persevere, something truly amazing and beautiful can happen in the end.

Congratulations my friend! And thanks so much for trusting me to help you throughout this journey!

My buyer/cousin just closed on his condo today! He is completely remodeling everything and has given me permission to show the before and after. This is just a little piece of the before so get ready for the after!
