Big congratulations to Shawn & Melania on closing on their new home! 🙌🏾🏡

This one is special.

Shawn has been talking about buying a home for his family for years but somewhere along the way, he convinced himself he wasn’t ready. The crazy part? He had never even spoken to a real estate agent or a lender to actually find out.

Now here’s the funny part… Shawn has been one of my trusted videographers for years. So he definitely can’t say he didn’t know a good agent 😂

After a little encouragement, he finally said, “Let’s do it.”
I connected him with my guy Ramon Kulich at Supreme Lending and within 24 HOURS. Pre-approved and ready to go.

From there, everything moved FAST.
