I’ve heard this so many times in various ways. Recently, I was able to actually see the words come to life. *painting a picture* I’m driving and it starts pouring down raining, I mean storming, everyone has their hazard lights on and actually driving slow lol. Maybe a minute later, I’m driving under a bridge and I see a motorcycle parked and the driver is just sitting there. Immediately I was like “I know that’s right, it’s storming, I would’ve stopped too”. And then the storm was gone. Y’all not even 100 yards from where the motorcycle had pulled over, it stopped raining. Now I’m thinking, man he should’ve kept going. He should’ve kept going!! There are clear skies after the storm AND you’ll arrive at your destination sooner. So, take a breath, scream and/or cry but, don’t stop in the middle of the storm.

In the middle of church, preacher preaching a GOODT word, I mean talking directly to me. One of my kids starts cutting up! I mean knocking stuff over causing a whole scene l So, I grabbed that child, got up and walked outside. I’m low key losing it on the inside because, seriously?! We’re outside and there are butterflies 🦋 all around these flowers. I thought it was peaceful. The kid still loud as ever behind me, I took a good 4 seconds to breathe and watch the peaceful butterflies. The kid, in that moment, couldn’t care less.

What an honor!! My family purchased their first family home and chose me to service them! They came extremely prepared, I’m talking spreadsheets with how far in the budget they were willing to go! Honestly, I loved that! It made my job so much easier.

Now, the price increases 😢! We were victims of the builder’s price increase🤣😂. Sitting in the office the morning AFTER we signed the contract and we get a call the price just went up. Me: “Murph, walk outside”

The loop hole, the builder hadn’t signed the contract yet 🙄 😒 so we technically didn’t have a contract. Remember those spread sheets, we knew even with the price increase we were still in the budget and could move forward! SN: if possible, do not shop at the top of your budget, always leave room for growth.
