Do you know what buyers are looking for in their next home? The National Association of REALTORS® 2018 does.

Detached homes are still the American Dream according to 82% of recent buyers.

Three bedrooms/two bath, 1900 sq ft built in 1991 is the typical home purchased recently.

Recent buyers (38%) don't want problems/renovations with electricity or plumbing. Where do the other 62% land on this issue????

Location Location Location is apparently a median of only 15 miles from the home they just moved from.

Home prices increased slightly this year to a median of $250,000 among all buyers.
