When I tell you God has perfect timing… he truly does.
My clients thought it might take 6-12 months to be able to call a house their home due to their circumstances. But guess what? We were able to find an OFF- market home within a couple of weeks, got closing costs covered AND it was exactly what they were looking for. 🙌🏼
