I don’t even know where to start with this one… but we are officially under contract! 🙌🏽

I’m so thankful for William Buckles with Primary Residential Mortgage and the work he put in on this file. I told my buyer that the last time I snapped a photo of a client in front of a home they loved, everything lined up perfectly, and here we are again.

Stay tuned for my post-closing testimony because this one is a story in itself. My buyer prayed, I prayed, and we woke up this morning to even more blessings. 🙏🏽✨

And let me brag on Yogi with Dream Finders Homes for a second, she is AMAZING. She truly cares about people. Quick backstory: we were at the model home Sunday afternoon, had finished touring, and I was feeling lightheaded because I had not eaten...and Yogi started pulling everything out of the pantry and fridge offering us food 🥰🙌🏾. Yes, I also partner with homeowners who prefer to self-manage by providing rental marketing services to help get their properties leased. This is our second year working with this owner, and I truly appreciate the continued trust and support.

Just like the housing market, rentals are sitting a little longer too. With so many options available, pricing, location, condition, and overall presentation all play a major role in attracting the right tenant. Even with the shifting market, I’m happy to share that we’ve secured a great tenant for this property!

SOLD! 🔨🏡 A Huge Team Win!

Shoutout to Spencer Wallace with Maple Realty & Auction for getting this one across the finish line! I reached out to Spencer because I had a property in Mt. Pleasant that I knew was a great fit for auction. After touring the home, he agree, and I referred the listing to him to be auctioned. Fast-forward to our auction on 10/18… Spencer did his thing, and today we officially closed!

But before we ever got to auction day, I have to give a major shoutout to Memorie White with Providence Title. Memorie and I started working on this property literally a year ago this month. Her team went above and beyond to make sure every “i” was dotted and every “t” was crossed so we could bring this home to market.

When I let her know we were going to auction, she guided us through the next step and advised that we needed a survey. ASM Associates in Surveying & Mapping handled that quickly and kept everything moving smoothly.

This closing would NOT have been possible without the diligence and teamwork from Providence Title and Spencer Wallace. I appreciate you both more than you know!

The market feels a little different for sellers right now. With more homes available, buyers have plenty of options—and that means patience and smart pricing truly matter. This home spent 44 days on the market before going under contract, and while other resales in the community didn’t sell or expired, this one crossed the finish line. We’ll absolutely take that win!
