This weeks update!

Very thankful to my amazing sellers for selling their home and handeling all the challenges that came with it! They had already moved out of state and trusted the process to be able to get it sold!

We also need to celebrate a wonderful family who purchased their first home, using a VA loan all while being out of state! I love when a family can trust me from start to finish and end up with the perfect home! They were also able to come to closing with $0, which is amazing!!!

Next, we have some Reviews! Seeing such sweet comments always reminds me why I love helping families either buy, sell and even rent their home!

This week had two amazing things to celebrate!
1. My amazing listing in Jacksonville went under contract!

2. My first time VA buyers closed on their first home! It was an amazing new build that sits on almost 2 acres of land in Holly Ridge! They were able to come in a with a better offer in a multi bid situation!
This home also reminded me why final walkthroughs are so important! When we showed up, a few things such as paint, cleaning, missing screens and a broken cabinet were still needed to be fixed! Luckily the builder made all of those things happen and the new owners were ready to move in that afternoon! It makes me happy to go to work when I am able to help families!

This week I had the privilege of helping not one but two, first home buyers while using their VA loan!

The first family went under contract on a beautiful already completed new build in Holly Ridge! This home was the perfect size, location, and sits om 1.93 of an acre!!! How amazing is that!

The second family is an out of state family that is ready to call this near completed new build their home! With a large open kitchen and living room, no carpet in the entire house, his and hers closets in the master bedroom/bathroom. All while being in an amazing new community in Jacksonville near Camp Lejeune!

It makes me happy, seeing other families happy planning their future in their home! Its a big deal!

Lately I’ve been thinking about how far this journey has come, and it honestly means a lot.

Growing a real estate business, while raising five amazing children that are homeschooled hasn’t always been simple. However it is something I care about. And the truth is, they’ve been right beside me every step of the way — coming with me to showings, closings, and all the in-between moments that make this work so meaningful to our family. If you see me, you will also see my children! Yes I know that makes me not the typical realtor. I am probably not going to show up In heels but maybe farm covered boots( I will take my shoes off for showings), however you know I will always work my hardest.

What makes this work so special isn’t just the homes or the closings — it’s the people who trust me during such important seasons of their lives. Every family, every move, every new beginning has a story behind it, and I’m so thankful I get to walk alongside people through those moments.

To my friends, family, and everyone who has supported me, sent referrals, or simply cheered me on… thank you. Your encouragement truly means more then you know and thank you for such an amazing 2025!
