I get a lot of questions from would-be home buyers and sellers asking what is going to happen to the housing market now that we have hit a boiling point with inflation and interest rates have risen to combat it? I think the best way to answer this question, is really a better look at economics and understanding how we got here in order to assuage fears of where we are heading. Congratulations to 2 of my favorite clients today! The picture on the left, I took of them January last year when they closed on the purchase of their first home. Today, I was able to close on the sale of that house for them as Max was walking across the graduation stage for EOD school. Their first major investment yielded them a return on investment of 30.3% in just 18 months which is off the charts amazing!
