I need your help. I did this once before, but years into the business and I still forget to ask for online reviews. I only have 34 Google Reviews as of this morning and know that I am missing an opportunity to help those who are not receiving personal recommendations. As we can see the National Association of Realtors estimates that as the market stabilizes we will see fewer home sales in 2023, as well as home prices/values staying flat - no price increases, on average nationwide.

Mortgage rates are anticipating few interest rate variations, +/- 1% through the end of 2024, according to Lawrence Yun, Chief Economist at the National Association of Realtors.

Today I volunteered in the Jacksonville Board of REALTORS Action Day in our community. I helped complete home repairs and it was great.

In good old Desiree fashion I helped step up our home repair game on the project by slowing the project down and doing the repairs right.

One more volunteer project for me and Wizbang Realty & Property Management.

Great being there woth all my great friends.

Family date night out with the USMC hubby (in 15 years so far) with our 2 week old son, and our 2 year old to enjoy the acoustic harmonies of Home Free. One of the only things things the hubby enjoys.
