Just Sold!!!

Our latest renovation sold today to a cash buyer.

Few days on the market, three offers, cash was not the highest but the best overall.

Most importantly, everybody made money, everybody is happy, from the lender, closing attorney, realtors, contractors and us of course.

My favorite: The before and after pictures of our second project in Conyers.

This was a very cosmetic flip; we basically just updated the kitchen and baths. Major work came in at the basement, as we had to put new sheetrock because they all had a glue from paneling and put new ceiling tiles.

This was a very successful project; it took less than three months from purchase to sale.
