I am an experienced real estate investor looking for homes in any condition to purchase with cash. I am local to Barrow County, GA born and raised here! We can close in as little as 3 days, depending on how quickly the title work can be completed. We are looking for multiple homes to buy immediately. We will look at any home no matter what needs to be done to the property or what situation is causing you to sell. We will access any home at no charge to you. There is no home that we won't buy as long as the price is right for the home, location, repairs, and resell value. We can buy homes at any value if the deal is right. We have no buying cap.

Here are a few things we would prefer but are not a requirement:
-Built after 1978
-At least a 2 bed 1 bath, but prefer at least a 3 bed 2 bath or larger
-a stick built home (not a modular or mobile home) we will look at mobile homes
-Larger lots 1/2 acre or more
-Would prefer to purchase in Barrow, Jackson, Hall, Gwinnett, Walton, Rockdale, Clarke, and surrounding areas.

Don't let your home be foreclosed or taken as a tax lien. We will pay it off and give you money to get into your next place.

There isn't a home that we won't access. Let us know what you have so we can work it out today!
