Plus, the list to sold price remains high at over 99%💰

Average Days on Market sitting at 37 which may feel like a long while when we were half of that a few months ago, however, the election and talks of lowered rates has caused some hesitation in the market.

We are still very much in a sellers market with lack of inventory but this could give you an opportunity as a buyer to snag a home without as much competition. Don't wait till after the holidays like everyone else!🏡

Happy Fall All!

Last week we saw a small dip in homes sold (not surprising as we saw a decrease in listings about a month ago).📉

Homes listed increased a bit as well as the Median sales price 📈

Average days on market increased to 28 from 26. 🏡

List to sold price is still almost 100% !

if you are looking to buy conventional loan rates are sitting in the low 6's (depending on your financial situation) without buying down the rate, could be a good time to reassess your options!🗝
