Growing up in Real Estate as the daughter of not only one but two Gilpin Brokers, Kristin Cook-Phillips, has admired their successes and decided it was time to create her own. Both Kristin and her husband graduated from Snohomish High School and currently reside in Lake Stevens. Their ultimate goal is to move back to Snohomish to raise their daughter in the same community they grew up in and love. Throughout the years Kristin has been involved in numerous community groups by volunteering and assisting her father in events held by the Snohomish Chamber of Commerce, Snohomish Affordable Housing Group and the Snohomish Classic Car Display. Participating in these events has helped evolve her understanding & passion for her Hometown. As a Second-Generation Snohomish Resident and Real Estate Broker Kristin thrives on interaction. Her ability to listen to others and understand their wants and needs in any given situation is ideal when it comes to buying or selling a home.
