Historically we see the lowest sale prices of each year in December and January!

I mean, who wants to move during the holidays? Um, not many! This means lower inventory and fewer buyers. It also means the homes that do hit the market need to sell now and the sellers are very motivated.

We have been sharing this graph with our buyers to encourage them to take advantage of the best time of year to get a deal💸

I’m telling you—we have buyers landing crazy deals right now🤯 They’re getting closing costs paid, seller paid rate buy downs, and under asking price offers accepted. Just this week we had a buyer go mutual on their dream home for $100,000 under comparables.

Sellers, what’s this mean for you? WAIT‼️ Now is not the time to sell if you can wait. Those peaks on the graph when things sell for the highest price each year are in the Spring!
