More homes entered the Snohomish market this week, but fewer buyers moved forward with offers and fewer sales made it to closing. The softer median sale price gives buyers a reason to pay attention, though weekly changes don't necessarily reflect a shift in individual home values. Sellers are still getting close to asking price, so pricing competitively remains important.
