Today our second son graduated high school… You’d think we’d be more prepared for this the second time around, but it hits just as hard.

We’ve watched him grow through every triumph, challenge, lesson, and milestone, and today we couldn’t be more proud of the young man he’s become.

Recently had the opportunity to be featured on a podcast talking about an organization that has quickly become incredibly important to me 💛 The Women’s Council of REALTORS® has already taught me so much about connection, collaboration, confidence, leadership, and the importance of truly supporting the people around you. In an industry that can sometimes feel competitive, this organization has been such a refreshing reminder that there is so much power in community and in women genuinely cheering each other on.

I’ve met some absolutely amazing people through this network already, and I’m so grateful for the relationships, mentorship, encouragement, and opportunities it has brought into my life and business.

Big news in real estate this morning with the acquisition of RE/MAX by The Real Brokerage.

Naturally, there’s been a lot of conversation, questions, and speculation floating around.

Here’s the reality:
For agents and clients, it’s business as usual for now, nothing changes overnight. Transactions are still getting done, clients are still being taken care of, and the day-to-day work remains the same.

What this does signal is where the industry is headed: More innovation, more technology, and continued evolution in how we serve our clients. It’ll be interesting to see where this goes... You’ve got a global company with well over 100,000 agents, deeply established and rooted in a franchise model, now blending with a newer, cloud-based brokerage built around tech and scalability. That’s not a small shift, and to me, it points to growth ahead. I also think it shows a level of respect for what each model brings to the table.

At the end of the day, the brokerage you’re with matters… but the agent you choose matters more.

I’m still your agent. I’m still a REALTOR®. And I’ve got full confidence in where I’m at. So respectfully, hold the recruiting calls. I’m not going anywhere. 😘✌🏼
