🏡 Let’s Talk About Broker Commissions & New Construction!

This one might be a little uncomfortable to talk about, but I think it’s an important conversation worth having.

As someone who’s worked in both resale and new construction, I understand the value brokers bring to the homebuying process.

One thing I wanted to touch on in my latest video is Selling Office Commissions (SOC) and the importance of communication.

Yes, commissions are negotiable, and different builders and communities may offer different compensation structures. But I believe there’s always room for a conversation.

At the end of the day, we’re all working toward the same goal: helping buyers find the right home for their needs.

My hope is to continue building stronger relationships between resale brokers and new construction sales teams. More communication, more collaboration, and more opportunities for our buyers!
