Tex-Haus Boutique Motel + RV Sites is officially FOR SALE.
A lot of people have followed along while we completely remodeled this property and turned it into what Tex-Haus is today.
We didn’t want to finish the remodel and immediately try to sell it. We wanted to actually open it, get everything running, welcome guests, and give the property some time to operate so a buyer could see what it looks like as a real working motel.
We’ve now been operating for almost two months, and we feel like it’s the right time to offer it to the next owner.
Our family is based in Seminole, Texas, about two hours from Snyder, and what we really enjoy is the remodeling and development side of these projects. We’ll still be remodeling, developing, and working on new projects. We’re just ready to start looking toward whatever comes next.
Tex-Haus is not closing. We are still fully open, operating, taking reservations, and running the property normally while it is for sale.
