Burn ban in place.

As of this morning, the Scurry County Commissioners Court voted in the countywide burn ban due to current dry conditions and the increased risk of wildland fires. Outdoor burning is restricted until conditions improve and the Burn Ban is lifted. Remember, if you see smoke from a fire, call 911 and report the location!!!
