CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE & Winter Craziness! Here is our projected timeline for flipping our next home. 😮 We better get to work!! 🛠 While we get some final projects finished on our new shop (that we intend to use for this flip) Travis was willing to follow through on a lost bet and weathered the cold while clearing our back deck this morning. Hahaha 🤣😍🤩

Okay ya’ll… This flip came as a surprise to us! We just finished flipping and selling our second investment home like 2 months ago and we’ve been enjoying this period of rest as a family. We weren’t looking for another project and Alana was adamantly against taking on anymore flips in the near future when this opportunity presented itself. However, we bought this house and are fully invested in transforming this into a MUCH NEEDED rental home for contractors in our area. The outside of Flip Number 3 🏚is actually encouraging!
