SoCal sales are up 4.7% year over year, but the real story is where the activity is happening.

Strength across nearly every price band, with the most notable growth in the $1.5M to $2M range. Even $2M to $2.5M is holding firm.

The only segment pulling back slightly is $2.5M+, which is worth watching given how much that tier has carried the coastal markets.

This is a market that is still moving, just with more precision around value.
