We had a wonderful General Membership Meeting today!

A warm welcome to our newest REALTOR® members, Emilee Braun with Jack White Real Estate and Chase and Courtney Hackney with Alaska 1st Realty, Inc., who were officially inducted today!

A special thank you to our guest speakers, Kenai Peninsula Borough Mayor Peter Micciche and Kenai Peninsula Food Bank Executive Director Johna Beech, for sharing valuable information with our members, and to Nicole Murphy for highlighting our upcoming holiday project supporting the KPBSD McKinney-Vento program.

We're looking forward to our annual Food Drive on November 19th and our holiday giving projects!

As always, thank you to Kenai Catering for the delicious breakfast and wonderful hospitality!

Advocacy is one of the many ways REALTORS® work for property owners and communities across Alaska.

Issues like unauthorized occupancy show why it’s important for REALTORS® to have a voice when policies affecting homeowners and private property rights are being considered.

Through REALTOR® advocacy—and the support of RPAC—we help make sure real estate issues and property rights have a voice in the public policy process.

This work goes far beyond buying and selling homes. It’s about protecting the future of property ownership in Alaska.

Alaska Realtors are pushing for changes to how unauthorized occupants are removed from properties.

Our Community Involvement Committee was out in the community today! ❤️

We met at the Kenai Peninsula Food Bank and enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Fireweed Diner!

Did you know the Fireweed Diner is open Monday–Friday from 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. and there is no cost for lunch? Guests are welcome to make a donation in any amount they choose—and Chef Bobbi makes some seriously delicious food!

A huge thank you to the Kenai Peninsula Food Bank for giving our committee a tour of their incredible facility and showing us just how much work goes into helping feed individuals and families across the Kenai Peninsula.
