💛 It took a little convincing to get him to see the home he ultimately purchased - but once he was in the door he could see the next chapter of his life there. So grateful my wonderful (stubborn) friend gave me the honor of helping him find “home.” 💛

I had a house sale closing this morning for a complex transaction that finished so smoothly - honestly due to the teamwork approach of myself (Seller) and Deb Hunt (Buyer).

Funny thing - I left a bouquet of flowers for her with the Title Officer at my client’s signing. Shortly after she let me know she was leaving this beautiful cheesecake for me at C21 😍 it’s strawberry-rhubarb 🤤

I sincerely appreciate the positive dynamics and rapport built with other agents when - while we do each focus on the best interest of our own clients - we also focus on the sale ending with positive results for everyone, and moving things forward for them successfully.

Cheers to another closing and happy new chapters for both sides 🥂

At 22+ years working in our schools, I know that strong school counselors are often the steady hands and caring hearts behind the scenes - helping students navigate challenges, celebrate successes, plan for their futures, and making sure they know someone is in their corner.

I’m so happy to combine my worlds and sponsor simple little back-to-school goody bags as just a small way of saying “thank you” to each of the incredible counselors who show up for our KPBSD students every day.

Strong public schools help build strong communities and supporting the people who care for our kids is always worth investing in.

We’re so excited to officially welcome the newest member of our team, Morgan Maxfield! 🎉 Morgan started out as a client, became a mentee, and somewhere along the way decided we weren’t too bad to hang out with 😂 Now, we’re lucky enough to have her as part of the team!
With Morgan joining us, we figured this was the perfect time for a little team introduction. We can’t wait for you to get to know the faces behind the team and learn a little more about each of us!

I had a wonderful time at Family Fun in the Midnight Sun, talking with friends, neighbors, and community members. I’ve loved this little event since I was a child, and love building in wherever I can ☀️ 🏡 💛

With prices how they are, I was happy to raffle off a $75 gift card for fuel ⛽️- so fun calling the winner to tell her she won!
