National associations of Realtors just released that the mortgage rates are starting to show signs that relief is coming soon for home buyers. The rates are now under 7.5% and are sitting at about 7.44%. The last three weeks have shown steady decline in the intrest rates. National Associates Of Realtors are also predictig that the best time for buyers to buy would be Late fall early winter as not many people want to move during the school year and the holidays. However as rates begin to decline and into the 6% range in Spring the demand will be much higher and it will become a sellers market.
