Things can get a little off topic when your clients trust you this much. 😅

When people trust you with one of the biggest decisions of their life, they tend to trust you with everything else too, and I would not trade it for anything.

If you have been thinking about buying or selling in Westchester, send me a message. Fair warning, we might end up talking about a lot more than just houses.

This one came full circle and ended better than anyone expected. 🏡

Three years ago I helped this client buy this apartment, and this past summer he called me ready to move on so he and his girlfriend could find something with more space and a yard. We priced it right, marketed it well, and let the renovation speak for itself.

We received multiple offers and closed at the highest sale price in the building to date, which for a co-op is no small accomplishment.

So happy for my client and on to the next chapter. 🤍

Between you and me, there is no better feeling in this business than hearing those words.

It means someone trusted me enough with one of the biggest decisions of their life and then trusted me enough to send someone they care about my way. That is not something I take lightly.

If you have been thinking about buying or selling in Westchester, send me a message. I would love to earn that same trust from you!
