On Wednesday, I was proud to vote for the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, to help American families buy an affordable home.

In Eastern Kentucky, catastrophic flooding and tornadoes have magnified the need for more affordable housing options in Kentucky’s Appalachian region.

This legislation not only works to drive down housing costs, but it also removes unnecessary regulations that slow down the construction process.
