Wedding on Sat (my oldest son) and out of town funeral today (husband’s cousin) and a coming soon listing! So thankful for the ability to sit and work while on the road. iPods, laptop, iPad and hotspots while the coverage lasts! And my amazing husband Morgan Chapman who will drive around 6 hours round trip today. Too blessed to be stressed!!

I don't always post my clients and their homes. Many prefer the privacy but this amazing couple is so excited they just couldn't wait to share in their delight! They are first time home buyers. They were eager and well prepared but didn't really know the whole process and what to watch out for! We went under contract but asked for a release after the inspection. Yes there were some sad moments as they waited. It didn't take long and BOOM! The right house came on and we went under contract before the sellers could hold an open house!
