✨ Help us welcome the newest member of the Southern Title team, Maddie Adams! ✨

Maddie is joining us as our new Administrative Assistant & Marketing Coordinator, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her! She’ll be the friendly face you see when you first walk into our office and the welcoming voice you hear when you call.

Born and raised right here in Somerset, Maddie is proud to call this community home. She is also a 2026 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration!

We’re so excited for Maddie to be part of the Southern Title family and can’t wait for everyone to get to know her.

Its a bittersweet week at Southern Title as we say “see you later” to Natalee as she heads off to college!
Natalee has been such a big part of our office and has truly been a tremendous asset to our team. Her hard work, positive attitude, and willingness to help have made such a difference, and we are so grateful for the time she has spent with us.
While we hate to see her leave, we couldn’t be more excited for all the wonderful things ahead of her! We know she is going to do amazing things in this next chapter.
