🎉Pulaski County Schools is pleased to welcome Stephen Godby as the new Principal of Burnside Elementary School.
🍎Mr. Godby is true Pulaski Countian at heart. He is a 1996 graduate of Pulaski County High School. He earned his bachelor's degree in Biology Teaching and a master's degree in Education Leadership at Eastern Kentucky University.
🍎This year will mark Mr. Godby's 23rd year in education! He has taught science for 20 years at Pulaski County High School and Northern Middle School. For the last 2 years he has served as the Assistant Principal at Pulaski County High School. He has also coached football for 23 seasons.
🍎When asked about his new role as principal of Burnside Elementary School, he shared, "As principal, I am committed to fostering a school community built on relationships, where every student and family member feels valued, heard, and supported. I intend to uphold Burnside’s standard of 'Where Kids Come First.'"
🍎We wish him and the Burnside Elementary students and staff an amazing school year! 🎉
