But before the sign went in the yard, there was a lot of work behind the scenes —for our sellers, preparing the home, our stager, fine-tuning the details, getting the property positioned and marketed well through meetings and shared vision with our media crew and making sure every piece of this perfect little puzzle was ready to put its best foot forward.
