Personal:
Robert F. Vicci is a long time Long Valley resident, and a native New Jersian. He is a thirty-four-year military Combat Veteran, West Point Grad and Army Football Player, commanding a US Army Blackhawk Battalion, and then leading the 42nd Infantry Division Aviation group as the G3-Air, responsible for over 81 aircraft and all air combat missions in Tikrit, Iraq in 2005. He flew and commanded over 30 combat missions. LTC (Ret) Vicci Received a Bronze Star for his actions while deployed. Rob has a very diverse real estate background. As a General Contractor, Rob has built over five upper echelon homes in Union County, and has renovated many others. On the commercial side, Rob has been a VP at American Express, managing all facilities nationwide, and has also managed such trophy portfolios as the Empire State Building and Grand Central Station. Rob has managed both Class A Commercial and Class B Warehouse/Flex portfolios all over the country. He served as the Senior Portfolio Manager and Broker of Record for Hudson Homes Management NJ LLC. His primary responsibilities included oversight of a 6,000-home portfolio in the northeast and Midwest. Rob has an innate ability to manage multiple projects at a time, keeping strict adherence to both financial and schedule accountabilities. Rob’s work in the residential market come with the same passion, dedication and focus on maximizing the client’s ability to achieve their goals, while working all angles to ensure compliance and thorough completion.
