At one point in time there was nothing here.

Someone with vision had the crazy idea of putting resorts in the middle of the dessert.
It was crazy until it wasn’t.

In my opinion there is no clear cut answer.

Your answer should be based off your financial situation and life goals.

I personally would rather pay my own mortgage or have someone do it for me!

When you think about real and estate and especially realtors, it’s hard not to think about sales.

The way that a realtor gets paid is based off making sales so no surprise there.

I have never felt that I need to make a sale or have that as my driving force.
My goal is to make the home buying and selling process as pain free and enjoyable as possible.

If I get paid at the end that is a bonus!

This was a great sale to be a part of. My clients were relocating from out the area and wanted to set up shop in Sebastopol.

We found this off market listing and decided it was the right place to settle down.
