I just got home from an incredible Compass Economic Summit in Tahoe. On the drive home, I was talking with clients, checking in with my mom, coordinating details about our new Sonoma Jr Dragons swag for this weekend. I also stopped after witnessing an accident to stay with the victim until help arrived.

At the summit, SF Realtor Pete Rodway guided us through a series of questions to help us define our “essence.” This was the final sentence he helped us to put together:

“I am a warm and focused project manager, driven by my love for my boys and nostalgic for making memories. My name is Katie Vormelker.”

If you know me, you know my boys are my entire world. Coming home to pick up a jersey for my youngest soccer league, and seeing my name on the front of it was incredibly special.

Supporting my boys, their teams, their schools, and everything they do, is my greatest driving force. Being a Realtor brings me tremendous joy, because it allows me to bring that same warmth, focus, and dedication to helping my clients create memories and find the place they call home. 🖤🤍

Sometimes losing out on a home is simply the beginning of finding the right one. 🏡
After my clients lost out in a multiple-offer situation, I reassured them that I would do whatever it took to find the home that was meant for them.

We got in that first weekend, fell in love, and found ourselves in another multiple-offer situation. This time, we came in stronger, and secured the house!
